Anxiety Causes

Is there some sort of anxiety disorder that causes people to type caps?
I’ve seen a few people who will at random type words in capital letters. It doesn’t seem to be an emphasis kind of thing, it’s just mid sentence, where and whenever.
The first person I noticed this in was a mother whose daughter had died, and the second was a real conspiracy/Alex Jones type. When I talked to the mom, she said she did it by choice (though she had dyslexia) as a “disregard” for the rules of English, but I figured it was deeper than that.
Is there some sort of disorder that causes this?
It may not be an anxiety disorder but it indicates impatience.
