Support group for anxiety?
I would like to know how you go about starting a support group for people with anxiety, WV location?
I have anxiety if mitigated by leaps in the last year and I always thought it was weird for people with anxiety have a support group (they are always afraid what others think of them.) My doctor wanted me to enter a support group. Ask your doctor or a doctor and ask them to recommend on where to begin your search for a support group. They will know more about it. I know there are clinics where I'm from hosting this kind of thing. In addition, large churches have different programs where they help people from all walks of life. If you go to church find a brochure about the types of programs they may have or visit other churches in your area too.
